Get The Right People in the Room
I’m frequently surprised at the number of times a group of people set out to solve a problem and end up failing. They fail not because they aren’t smart enough or talented enough or that they don’t work hard enough. They fail simply because they didn’t get the right people together to ask the right questions ahead of time. The team was set up to fail before the project even began.
If you can’t ask the right questions, you can’t get to the right answers and you can’t ask the right questions without getting the right people in the room.
